Lacrosse demands it’s athletes to be well rounded and physically prepared in strength, endurance, explosive speed, and agility.  Limitless Fitness’ program aims to train it’s participants in a systematic progression to gain maximum results in all areas, and to leave them fully prepared for the upcoming season.

All sessions are coached by Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and

2017 Shore Conference Girls Lacrosse Coach of the Year, Patra Acquaviva.
